3) Rack-Assisted Pull-ups (knees bent, to legs straight)

4) TRX Bands; Inverted Rows, Angled Rows, Standing Rows

5) Lat Pulldown/Assisted Machines

6) Other "supportive" work: Bicep Curls, Forearm Curls, Bent-Over Rows...


Also mention: Eccentric Work (time under tension), Push-Ups!
