- First steps in overcoming the initial fear.
- Experiences we've had when we first went to a gym.
- Ways to successfully enjoy your gym experience on a regular basis.
We debate some of the most common questions when it comes to gymtimidation, such as how does a person bounce back from an embarrassing incident? And can a person just work out as home and avoid the gym altogether (or does that limit a person's true fitness potential?)
