In this fitness download, James discusses with Kalan some of these alternative exercises you can do when the Compound lifts (Squats, Deadlifts, Bench Press) need to be avoided. This can be due to injury concerns, or...just not wanting to do them! These exercise can also be used for those beginners who may be a little intimidated by the actual movements (especially with a barbell) and want to work their way up to good compound lift form.
