What is Crossfit? (and Should I Be Doing It?)


We welcome our first guest onto the show! Justin Powell is a Crossfit coach at 'Crossfit Cerberus' in Blue Springs, Missouri. He began his fitness journey in Martial Arts and Gymnastics and has competed in many powerlifting and weightlifting competitions. In 2014, he set the MISSOURI STATE SQUAT RECORD in his 67.5kg weight class! He discovered Crossfit in 2011 and has been coaching since 2013.

He joins us to help answer some key questions on all things Crossfit:

What are some key concerns?
